Ingredients:
2 medium red peppers, roasted and peeled
15 medium sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed
1 medium chipotle en adobo
2 teaspoons adobo sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation / Directions:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend. Add salt to taste. Very simple, very easy and very tasty.
