Preparation / Directions:Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and place over medium-high heat until hot. Add bell pepper and onion; saut‚ 5 minute or until tender. Add tomato sauce and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
