Japanese Sticky Rice

Ingredients:


2 cups short or medium grain white rice -- (10 oz chopped)

2 2/3 cups water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Use small to medium sized pot with tight fitting lid. Rinse rice 3 or 4 times, then drain well. Add the water and let stand 10 minutes. Bring to a boil on medium high heat, then turn to simmer, cover and cook 20 minutes. Fluff lightly before serving.
