Preparation / Directions:Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well. Shape mixture into 1 1/4 inch meatballs; dredge in flour. Brown in oil over medium heat in a large skillet; drain off drippings. Combine remaining ingredients except rice; mix well, and pour over meatballs. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot cooked rice.
