Preparation / Directions:Combine water and bouillon cube in a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil, stirring to dissolve cube. Stir in rice, garlic powder, and pepper. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender and water is absorbed. Remove from heat. Add parsley and toss.
