Preparation / Directions:Spray medium nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Brown pork chops over medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from skillet. add bell pepper, onion and celery to skillet; cook and stir until crisp-tender. Add remaining ingredients except rice and pork chops; bring to a boil. Stir in rice; top with pork chops. Cover; simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is cooked and pork chops are tender. 4 Servings.
