Preparation / Directions:Fry onion in oil at med heat until translucent . Add rice and spices
and broen for 1-2 min. Add water and bring to a boil. Boil at low heat,
covered for 10 minutes. Let stand for 5-10 min. and fluff with a fork.
Garnish with ginger and parsley if desired.
