Preparation / Directions:Saute onion in butter in a Dutch oven until tender. Add apple juice, water, and salt; bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; remove from heat, and let stand 5 minutes.
