Preparation / Directions:In a medium skillet, melt margarine over medium-high heat. Saute carrot and onions until tender. Stir in water, bouillon, sugar and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. Stir in couscous. Cover; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in parsley.
