Preparation / Directions:Bring chicken, salsa and broth to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in rice. Sprinkle with cheese. cook on low for 5 additional minutes
(If you're like me and don't like chunky stuff, just whiz the salsa in the blender. It's just as good that way
