Ingredients:


1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 1/2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon ground corrander

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingred. Rub lamb, beef, pork and chicken. Bake or bar-b-que.
