Dry Barbeque Rub

Ingredients:


4 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon hickory salt

1 tablespoon oregano

1 tablespoon cumin

2 tablespoons garlic powder

2 tablespoons chili powder

2 tablespoons paprika

1 tablespoon onion powder

2 tablespoons mustard -- dry

1/4 teaspoon cayenne
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix dry ingredients thoroughly. Rub generously into skinless chicken, pork chops, or whatever. Let the meat 'marinate' for an hour, then toss on the grill for a slow cookin
