Preparation / Directions:In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients EXCEPT oil. Cover and blend several times, scraping sides, until a paste forms. With machine running, gradually add oil until mixture forms a paste. Rub onto fish or chicken.
Makes 1/2 cup, enough for 3 pounds of meat.
