Doctor Dolan's Barbecue Rub

Ingredients:


1/2 cup dark brown sugar

1/2 cup cane sugar

1/2 cup garlic salt

1/4 cup onion salt

3 tablespoons salt

1 tablespoon celery salt

1/4 cup chili powder

1/4 cup paprika

3 tablespoons black pepper

1 tablespoon cayenne

2 teaspoons MSG

1/2 teaspoon allspice -- ground

1/2 teaspoon oregano -- dried

1/2 teaspoon summer savory -- dried
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all the ingredients in a sifter and sift to blend well. Store in air-tight container. Use on beef, lamb, pork, chicken, or fish.
