Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over moderate heat. Add onion and saute
until soft, about 10 minutes. Add garlic and bell pepper and saute another 2
minutes. Add vinegar, salt and pepper and heat through. Serve over stuffed
cabbage.
