Ingredients:


50 medium spears of asparagus

1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/2 Cup vinegar

2/3 Cup olive oil

1 teaspoon Salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Steam asparagus about 10 minutes, until crisp-tender. Combine remaining ingredients, and use as dressing of asparagus.
