Buttermilk Mustard Dressing

Ingredients:


1/2 cup buttermilk

1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt

2 teaspoons dijon-style mustard

1 1/2 tablespoons cucumber -- peeled seeded grated

1 medium green onion

2 teaspoons lemon zest -- grated

2 teaspoons orange zest -- grated

1 dash white pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Blend all ingredients together and chill before serving. Makes about 3/4 cup. 12 servings
