Preparation / Directions:Blanch cauliflower and plunge into ice water to stop the cooking. Heat the
lime juice,
vinegar, and chili flakes in a saucepan over medium heat until the flakes
have softened. Pour over
the cauliflower. Add the garlic, cumin and cilantro. Let marinate at least
one hour.
