Classic Dijon Vinaigrette

Ingredients:


1 1/4 cups vegetable oil or olive oil

1/3 cup grey poupon dijon mustard

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


In bowl, whisk together oil, mustard, vinegar and pepper. Serve immediately or cover and store in refrigeratore for up to 1 week. Use as a dressing for salad greens. Makes 2 cups.
