Ingredients:


2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon creme fraiche

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

1 clove garlic -- minced and mashed

1 tablespoon fresh tarragon -- minced
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients. 2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 3. Makes about 1/4 cup.
