Ingredients:


1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Paprika

1 teaspoon Prepared mustard

4 tablespoons Olive oil

1 1/2 tablespoons Vinegar
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a shallow dish, mix salt and pepper. Add the mustard and the oil; stir well to mix. Add the vinegar, a little at a time, beating the mixture continuously with a fork. Serve as soon as it is mixed well. Many of the recipes in this collection did not contain amounts or oven temperatures. I have typed them in as they appear in the book, typos and all.
