Horseradish Dressing

Ingredients:


1 cup Heavy cream

1 tablespoon Grated or evaporated Horseradish

2 tablespoons Lemon juice

1 teaspoon Salt and paprika
 

Preparation / Directions:


Beat cream till quite thick; add horseradish. (If evaporated horseradish is used, mix it with a tablespoon cold water and allow it to be absorbed before adding it to the cream) Pour in lemon juice slowly, stirring constantly. Season, serve very cold. this is especially good with tomatoes. Many of the recipes in this collection did not contain amounts or oven temperatures. I have typed them in as they appear in the book, typos and all.
