Italian Cheese Dressing

Ingredients:


2 ounces freshly grated parmigiano reggiano cheese

2 ounces freshly grated pecorino romano cheese

2 cloves garlic -- thickly sliced

2 teaspoons chopped fresh italian parsley

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed white wine vinegar

2 tablespoons water

1 1/2 teaspoons honey
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put the cheeses, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper into a food processor or blender and process for 10 seconds. Add the lemon juice, vinegar, water and honey and process until the mixture is creamy, about 30 seconds.
