Italian Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients:


1/4 Cup olive oil

1/4 Cup water

1/3 Cup white vinegar

1 tablespoons granulated sugar

2 Tablespoons fat-free parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1 clove garlic -- crushed
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a screw-top jar mix oil, water, vinegar, sugar, parmesan cheese, oregano, paprika, mustard, black pepper, and garlic. Cover and shake well. Store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
