Mixed Greens With Honey Spice Vinagrette

Ingredients:


1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon honey spice mustard

2 teaspoons red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons orange juice

1 medium avocado -- peeled and sliced

1 tablespoon roasted sunflower seeds. optional

---SALAD---

5 ounces salad greens -- (about 6 cups)
 

Preparation / Directions:


To make vinaigrette, whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Place greens in bowl and toss with as much vinaigrette as desired. Place on plates. Garnish with avocado slices and sprinkle with sunflower seeds, if using. Prep Time: 5 minutes Makes: 4 servings Prep Notes: Vinaigrette may be refrigerated up to 2 days.
