Preparation / Directions:To make vinaigrette, in a small bowl or jar, whisk or shake vinegar, V-8 juice, oil, garlic, salt and pepper until blended. Refrigerate until needed.
Place greens in a bowl and toss with vinaigrette. Divide among salad plates and garnish with tomatoes.
