Ingredients:
10 ounces chunk light chicken drained
4 ounces snow (Chinese) pea pods strings removed (1 cup), cut diagonally in half
1/2 cup almonds sliced , toasted
3 cups coleslaw mix
1 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preparation / Directions:
1. Mix oil, sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce in large bowl. 2. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
