Preparation / Directions:Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Cool. Combine vegetables, tossing lightly. Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables, stirring gently to blend well. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
