Preparation / Directions:Combine carrots, vinegar, orange juice, and orange zest in a serving bowl. Stir to combine. Add orange segments and 1 tablespoon dill. Lightly toss. Cover and chill thoroughly. Just before serving, sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon dill.
