Preparation / Directions:Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and pepper in small bowl to blend. Combine turkey, celery, apple and red onion in large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat. Arrange lettuce leaves on plates. Spoon salad over and serve.
Prep Time: 20 minutes Makes: 4 servings This salad is also delicious sandwiched between two slices of your favorite bread with a slice of tomato.
