Preparation / Directions:Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add sugar, salt, and fruit juices. Chill until firm. Beat Jell-O into small flakes with rotary egg beater. Fold in cream. Serve in sherbet glasses and garnish with a green cherry.
