Preparation / Directions:Heat oven to 350°. In small bowl, combine ham, celery, bell pepper, onion,
mayonnaise and hot pepper sauce. Mix well. Spread 1/4 of mixture on each
muffin half. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 5 minutes.
