Preparation / Directions:In large shallow baking dish, blend Italian dressing, beer, caraway seeds and brown sugar; add knockwurst, potatoes, and onion. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, at least 3 hours. To serve, arrange marinated mixture on salad greens; toss with marinade. Garnish, if desired, with cherry tomatoes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
