Preparation / Directions:Steam carrots and green beans until tender. Cool. On a large platter, arrange the vegetables. Sprinkle the black olives over the top of the veggies. Vigorously stir the oil, vinegar, green onions, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper then pour over the platter. Garnish with parsley.
