Preparation / Directions:1. Cook turkey in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco sauce; heat until hot.
2. Toss lettuce, corn chips, olives, tomatoes and bell pepper in large bowl. Spoon hot turkey mixture over lettuce mixture; toss. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
