Ingredients:


1/3 cup spinach leaves -- torn into pieces

2 cups cauliflower florets or sliced carrots

1 cup cherry tomatoes -- halved

1 medium cucumber -- sliced

2 cups shredded red cabbage

1 cup wish-bone creamy italian dressing -- (8 oz.)
 

Preparation / Directions:


In 2-quart salad bowl, layer 1/2 spinach, then cauliflowerets, tomatoes, remaining spinach, cucumber and cabbage. Top with creamy Italian dressing; cover and chill several hours or overnight.
