Preparation / Directions:heat 10-12 quarts salted water in a stockpot, over a moderate flame bring to a boil, add rotelle noodles return to the boil and cook for 8-10 minutes, until tender drain, rinse, and drain well combine pasta, artichoke hearts, olives, pimientos, onions, and cheeses-toss to mix well combine remaining ingredients in a blender process until well mixed combine with pasta mixture-mix well cover and chill for 2-48 hours serve slightly chilled
