Mostaccioli Salad (Kelly's Pasta Salad) |

Ingredients:
1 pound mostaccioli noodles -- cooked and drained |
---DRESSING--- |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 cup oil |
3/4 cup red wine vinegar |
1/2 tablespoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 tablespoon sweet basil -- dried |
2 medium tomatoes -- chopped |
1 cup red and/or green peppers -- chopped |
2 medium cucumbers -- chopped |
1/2 small red onion -- sliced |

Preparation / Directions:
Mix dressing and stir extras into noodles before serving.
Can eat right away, but best if it sits for a while. When getting ready to serve, check to make sure that seasonings are correct. Sometimes we like to double the dressing.
