Preparation / Directions:*Mayonnaise preferably home made, but Hellman's or Best Foods will do.
Cut the lobster into largish 3/4-inch chunks. If there is juice present, reserve it and add as much as you can at the end without the mixture turning soupy. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with your hands. Serve on red leaf lettuce, or in a fresh French roll as a sandwich. About 4 serving
