Preparation / Directions:
1. Bring 3 quarts water to a boil in covered Dutch oven over high heat. Add noodles; return to a boil. Cook 2 minutes. Add crabmeat and peas; cook 1 minute or until noodles are al dente.
2. Meanwhile, to prepare dressing, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, ginger, garlic and pepper flakes in large bowl; mix well.
3. Drain noodle mixture. Add noodle mixture and bell pepper to bowl with dressing; toss to coat. Arrange noodle mixture on salad plates; sprinkle with green onions. Makes 4 servings
