Preparation / Directions:In large shallow baking dish, blend Italian dressing with cheese and oregano; add vegetables, except carrot strips. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hours or overnight. On 6-inch wooden skewers, alternately thread vegetables and carrot strips. Brush with remaining marinade.
