Preparation / Directions:Combine salt, garlic powder. Dijon mustard, vinegar, liquid shortening, and lemon juice in screw top jar. Shake to blend. Coarsely chop watercress, lettuce and radishes; place in salad bowl. Add dressing; toss to blend.
