Preparation / Directions:
In small bowl, combine all ingredients except Assorted Blanched Vegetables. Arrange Assorted Blanched Vegetables on platter, then drizzle with dressing mixture. Makes about 6 servings. *Assorted Blanched Vegetables: In boiling water, cook 6 cups of any combination of the following 1 to 2 minutes: green beans, cauliflowerets, broccoli florets or sliced carrots. Drain, then immediately plunge into iced water for 5 minutes; drain thoroughly. Variation: For a creamier dressing, in blender or food processor, blend dressing ingredients until smooth. Drizzle as above OR toss with cooked and chilled linguinie.
