Preparation / Directions:In medium bowl, combine Italian dressing, cucumber, tomato and olives; chill. On 12-inch platter, arrange lettuce wedges in a circular pattern. Just before serving, combine 1/2 cup French fried onions with vegetables. Spoon vegetable mixture onto lettuce wedges; top with remaining French fried onions. Serve, if desired, with additional Italian dressing. Makes about 12 servings.
