Preparation / Directions:Cook rice per package directions, adding the Chicken Soup Base to cooking water. After rice is done cooking, rinse with cold water and let drain well. Place rice and remaining ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to develop. Makes 6 servings.
