Preparation / Directions:Using a sharp knife, remove the peel and pith from the orange. Chop the
orange and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the wheat berries, cannellini, jicama, bell pepper,
scallion, and coriander.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over the salad and
toss to combine.
