Warm Greens with Balsamic Vinaigrette |

Ingredients:
1 bottle Balsamic Vinaigrette |
3 cups mushrooms sliced (8 ounces) |
4 cups leaf lettuce 2-inch pieces |
4 cups spinach 2-inch pieces |
3 cups radicchio 2-inch pieces |
1/4 cup pine nuts |
1 teaspoon pepper Freshly ground |

Preparation / Directions:
1. Prepare Balsamic Vinaigrette. Heat 1/2 cup vinaigrette in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook mushrooms in vinaigrette 3 minutes; remove from heat.
2. Add remaining ingredients except pepper. Toss 1 to 2 minutes or until greens begin to wilt. Serve immediately. Sprinkle with pepper.
