Excellent hot-weather meal. Easy to prepare, no esoteric ingredients, very satisfying. | ||||||||||
Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:1. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper, dll; mix well.
2. Put rest of ingredients in large bowl, toss;
3. Add mayonnaise mixture, toss.
4. Cover, chill for 2 hours prior to serving.
Optional: match-stick carrots, corn may be added, for extra colour.
