Preparation / Directions:Make a white sauce with the butter, flour and seasonings and milk. Set
aside. Pick over and flake the salmon. Place 1/3 in a buttered
casserole dish. Add 1/3 of the sauce to which the onions have been
added. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat the layer twice.
Spread the corn over all and top with the buttered crumbs. Bake in 375
degree oven for about 30 minutes.
