Preparation / Directions:Preheat broiler. Mix yogurt, cilantro, lime peel and 1 tablespoon lime juice in small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle remaining 2 tablespoons lime juice over salmon. Season with salt and pepper. Broil salmon until cooked through, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer salmon to plates. Serve with yogurt sauce.
